Reported Tottenham Hotspur transfer target Arnaut Danjuma has apparently flown to England to speak to prospective suitors.
It has recently been reported that Villarreal may be willing to sell the 25-year-old in order to fund their own transfer business, and a plethora of Premier League clubs have come forward as potential suitors.
The likes of Bournemouth, Everton and Aston Villa have all been named as interested parties alongside Tottenham. Antonio Conte’s side could have an advantage in the race among those names, as they are the only club in that list who can offer Champions League football.
According to a report from the Daily Mail, Nottingham Forest and West Ham United have now joined the race for Danjuma, with Villarreal changing their stance and making the player available to loan.
It is also stated that the 25-year-old has travelled to England for talks with the interested clubs after being granted permission by his current employers amid an apparent breakdown in relations with some of his Spanish team-mates at the Estadio de la Ceramica.

In terms of Premier League position at least, Tottenham are the best-placed English club who are linked with a move for the former Bournemouth man. The lack of other Champions League suitors is probably due to a previous unsuccessful spell in the division, with the Dutchman not managing to score in 14 top-flight appearances for the Cherries in the 2019/20 season.
However, the Netherlands international has improved considerably since then, scoring 16 goals last season, six of which came in Villarreal’s run to the semi-finals of the Champions League as he displayed his ability to perform at the highest level in European club football.
Hailed as ‘incredible‘ by The Athletic writer Umir, Danjuma would be a shrewd signing for Antonio Conte as a backup for Harry Kane if nothing else. Also, a loan deal would give the Spurs manager the chance to assess if the Dutchman is now good enough for the Premier League, without having to commit to a permanent transfer.
