Leeds United fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest news concerning Tyler Roberts and his future at the Yorkshire club.
This comes after @leeds_utd_news shared a post on their page relaying news originally published in an article from the Daily Mail.
The article claims that Leeds have offered a long-term contract to Roberts, whose current deal ends next summer. The article also claims that fellow Premier League side Newcastle United are interested in signing the Welshman, who Leeds reportedly value at £10 million.
This post then quickly grabbed the attention of a lot of Leeds fans who were not shy in sharing their thoughts on this latest news.

Leeds signed Roberts back in the 2018 January transfer window from the West Bromwich Albion U23 side for a fee of £2.57 million.
Since then, the 22-year-old, who is currently valued at £4.5 million, has gone on to make 80 appearances for Marcelo Bielsa’s side in which he has managed to score seven goals and provide nine assists in the process (per Transfermarkt).
Looking at the replies to this post, it seems that these Leeds fans would be open to seeing the club sell Roberts this summer for their reported valuation of £10 million for him instead of seeing him sign a new deal at Elland Road.
