Tottenham Hotspur fans have been reacting to the latest news regarding Serge Aurier and his future.
A report in Foot Mercato a few months ago claimed that the defender, valued at £18m on Transfermarkt, was a target for former Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino at Paris Saint-Germain. A more recent claim from the same publication has said that talks between PSG and Spurs have accelerated recently, giving the impression that a move to the French capital could be on the cards this summer.

The Ivorian defender has actually been one of Spurs’ best players this year statistically, with a WhoScored rating of 7.06, which is good enough to put him 4th overall out of the entire team, but it looks as if that isn’t enough for some supporters.
When the news was relayed to them via @HotspurRelated on social media, there were plenty of fans who were happy with the news and were desperate to see him leave North London as quickly as possible:
