According to Keith Downie, both Steve Bruce and Graeme Jones oversaw Newcastle training on Tuesday amid the speculation surrounding the former’s position at the club.

The Sky Sports man has already stated the expectation is Bruce will not be in the dugout on Sunday for their Premier League game against Tottenham Hotspur.
However, after meeting with Amanda Staveley on Monday, the 60-year-old returned to the Newcastle training ground for work on Tuesday as usual.
