Some Nottingham Forest fans are desperate to see Sabri Lamouchi stay at the club and want the manager to stay forever.
The Frenchman has overseen the club climb up to fifth in the Championship table and also have a game in hand over the other top-six sides.
Lamouchi joined the City Ground-based side in the summer and replaced former boss Martin O’Neill at the helm of affairs at the club. His previous club was Ligue 1 side Rennes, where he had impressed during his stint.
Some Forest fans are happy with what they have seen from Lamouchi and want him to stay forever at the City Ground.
“The most important people in the club are the fans and we need them to help build the right home for them.”

During his time at Rennes, Lamouchi had guided his former club to a Europa League spot in the 2017-18 Ligue 1 campaign. They had finished as high as fifth in the league, behind Paris Saint-Germain, Marseille, Lyon and Monaco.
He left the club in the summer of 2018, but Rennes went onto play till the knockout stages of the Europa League last season. They were eventually knocked out by Premier League giants Arsenal. This season too, Rennes are playing in the Europe League.
As things stand, Forest are only five points behind league leaders West Bromwich Albion and their next game sees them face top-six rivals Bristol City away from home in the upcoming weekend.
More fans hailed Lamouchi and couldn’t stop praising the Frenchman.

What do we think?
Lamouchi has shown that his stint at Rennes wasn’t a fluke by any means. He has made Forest look like a side that can really challenge for promotion this season. A win against Bristol City will take them level on points with second and third-placed Leeds United and Preston North End.
Under Lamouchi, Forest boast the second-best defensive record in the league. They have only conceded 13 goals – second only behind Leeds and tied at the spot with Brentford.
