Fabrizio Romano has claimed that despite some interest from elsewhere, Juventus should not sell Dusan Vlahovic in January.
The striker joined from Fiorentina 11 months ago in a deal worth £66.6m and has since scored 16 goals in 36 appearances.
The Serbian forward chose Juventus over Arsenal at the time, but there have been rumours that the Gunners may come back in for the forward following a long-term injury to Gabriel Jesus.
Speaking on his Daily Briefing, Romano claimed that there have been no talks between the two clubs over any deal and that Juventus should not sell him less than a year after heavily investing into the attacker.
“I’m told there are no contacts with Arsenal as things stand, then let’s see in January but it’s quiet now,” Romano stated.
“Vlahovic is focused on recovering from his injury, this is a key point; he’s not 100% fit yet. I think Vlahovic is always a good idea for top clubs but Juventus should not sell him after 11 months.”

Whilst the striker’s goal record has been good, he arrived at Juventus during a disappointing spell for the club.
Although he scored within a minute of his Champions League debut in the last 16 last season, his side were knocked out by Villarreal and finished third in their group this time around, dropping down to the Europa League.
Having won eight Serie A titles in a row, the last two seasons have seen Inter and AC Milan win Scudettos, while the Old Lady currently sit in third place, 10 points behind league leaders Napoli.
In our view, selling him now would be very premature, as the 22-year-old looks to have a bright future, and once the team starts performing at a high standard again, he will be able to thrive up front.
As Romano stated, he is not fully fit at the moment despite scoring for Serbia at the World Cup, but once he recovers from his injury struggles, we think he will be ready to start firing again.
