Supporters of Tottenham Hotspur have gushed over a transfer report regarding Barcelona’s Brazilian attacker, Philippe Coutinho.
According to Catalan outlet ARA, as cited by Sport, Barcelona want to sell the former Liverpool man before 24th January.
Supposedly, Ronald Koeman’s side want to trim their wage bill, and with Coutinho being one of the club’s highest earners, he is in line to make an exit.
During the summer transfer window, Jose Mourinho’s outfit was linked with the Brazilian (per The Mirror) and it has been claimed elsewhere that this report from ARA states they have put the north London club on alert.
This was then picked up by Last Word On Spurs, which has relayed the claim on Twitter.
So, what did these Spurs fans have to say about the transfer report on Philippe Coutinho?
