Many Newcastle United fans have been discussing DeAndre Yedlin’s performance in the Toon’s latest Premier League clash versus Fulham on Saturday evening.
The £4.5m-rated man, who has made 62 appearances for the United States of America during his career, started this game at right-back for the Toon, making it just his second appearance and first start of the 2020/21 Premier League campaign, having previously enjoyed just four minutes of top-flight football this term.
Per The Guardian, Yedlin managed to create a couple of chances via his crossing in the first half, while he also managed to play a ‘superb through-ball’ to Joelinton in the 57th minute, but it would seem, judging by these Toon fans’ tweets, that this failed to impress plenty of his club’s supporters.
So, what did these Newcastle United fans have to say about DeAndre Yedlin’s performance versus Fulham?

Many of the Newcastle fans that have been discussing Yedlin’s performance versus Fulham on Twitter have been slating the 27-year-old right-back, with one particular fan of the north-east club sharing that they think Yedlin would even struggle to get into most Championship teams.
Ritchie and yedlin would struggle to get in the majority of championship sides

So, it certainly seems from these Toon supporters’ tweets that Yedlin’s performance – amongst others’ – in Saturday evening’s game is not one to be remembered with great fondness.
