Lots of Leeds United fans have been discussing a tweet from James Marshment that recently emerged on social media.
TeamTalk has recently reported that Leeds target Conor Gallagher has now chosen to join Crystal Palace instead of the Whites and he’ll join the Selhurst Park-based side on a loan deal.
Should Leeds be disappointed?
Yes
No
It’s been stated that Leeds saw him as a prime target this summer and the midfielder visited the club’s training ground. The Whites had even agreed personal terms with the player, but he’s made the decision to stay in London, with Palace convincing him to stay in the capital.
This update was tweeted by journalist James Marshment. Many Leeds fans began talking about this.

These Leeds fans aren’t too bothered that Gallagher isn’t joining their club and they don’t mind that he isn’t arriving.
Gallagher was rated very highly for pressures in the previous season with West Bromwich Albion. He also did quite well when it comes to blocks and tackles.
It shows that he’s certainly a hard worker on the pitch and considering Marcelo Bielsa’s approach to the game, he might have been a fit for Leeds, so perhaps the club’s fans shouldn’t be too pleased to have missed out on the midfielder.
