According to reports from The Express this afternoon, Zlatan Ibrahimovic will push for a move away from the French capital this summer after seeing his request for a new contract rejected by PSG.
The Sweden international is widely viewed as one of the best strikers of his generation, boasting Ballon d’Or nominations, the 2012 Golden Boot, the 2013 Puskas award for his stunning bicycle kick against England and the astonishing feat of winning a domestic title during every campaign since 2003/04.

The 33 year-old’s contract expires at the end of next season, however, and the French champions reportedly intend to let him leave on a free transfer in summer 2016 – as This Is Futbol revealed this morning.
But that plan doesn’t appear to have sat too well with the 6 foot 5 striker, who is now reportedly pushing for a move away from Parc de Princes after discovering he won’t be offered a contract extension.
According to The Express, although a return to former club AC Milan remains the likeliest scenario, Ibrahimovic has also been linked with Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United this season and could force a summer move to one of his Premier League suitors.
