A large number of Tottenham Hotspur fans have flocked to Twitter to share their delight at the latest transfer claim to emerge on the future of Dele Alli.
According to The Telegraph, Antonio Conte has given the green light for the 25-year-old to leave the north London club in January.
Do you want Dele to leave in January?
Yes
No
The midfielder has had another difficult spell with the Lilywhites having made a promising start under Nuno Espirito Santo, which saw him play every minute of the opening five league games (via Transfermarkt).
However, since their north London derby defeat, the 25-year-old has only played 19 minutes of top-flight football and these fans flooded to Twitter to share their thoughts on the latest rumour.
What did these Spurs fans have to say?
“Finally”
The arrival of Antonio Conte has not helped the Englishman’s lack of game time, with just two minutes of league action to his name and a 54th-minute withdrawal in their embarrassing defeat against NS Mura (via Transfermarkt).
With just two goals to his name this season, it seems these fans would not miss the 25-year-old’s services as reports of Newcastle United’s alleged interest in a potential January swoop circulate.

If Dele Alli wanted to stay at Spurs he really can’t be the brightest of players, he must know he is thought of as being really lazy. Surly he would have made the effort and shown some energy, he obviously wants out, or he’s thick. Which one I’m not too sure. The same goes for Ndombele.
