According to reports from The Sun, super agent Jorge Mendes is looking to find a new club for Chelsea and Manchester United transfer target James Rodriguez.
The Colombian international signed for Real Madrid amid the fanfare of claiming the Golden Boot at the 2014 World Cup and produced strong form during his maiden campaign at the Bernabeu.
But issues of fitness and form have seen the attacking midfielder really struggle this season, finding himself out of favour under Rafa Benitez and his managerial successor Zinedine Zidane.

Recent reports have claimed Los Blancos will look to recoup as much of their original £65million investment as possible during the coming transfer window – with Chelsea and Manchester United mooted as potential suitors.
According to The Sun, Spanish football expert Guillem Balague – who works as a La Liga correspondent for Sky Sports – has further substantiated those claims.
However, he’s also alleged that renowned ‘super agent’ Jose Mendes – whose other clients include Cristiano Ronaldo and Jose Mourinho – is already looking for potential buyers ahead of the summer transfer window.
As quoted by The Sun, he said; “Real will be willing to sell him. Zidane has lost faith in him, Florentino Perez has lost faith in him, but they want to recover some of the money they spent on him.
“He has quality, no doubt, but in this team you need to have much more than quality, and mentally he is not the strongest. Fans perceive that as well, so Mendes is looking for teams to sell him to.”
