Fulham suffered a shock defeat to bottom-of-the-table Barnsley at Craven Cottage on Saturday, which allowed Leeds United to re-establish their three-point cushion in second place.
The club’s former forward Cauley Woodrow scored a brace for the visitors having joined the Tykes on a permanent deal for £765k in January 2019 (via Transfermarkt.co.uk).
Should Onomah have been substituted versus Barnsley?
Yes
No
Scott Parker claims he was “shocked” and “bitterly disappointed” by the performance (as per BBC Sport) but he has been criticised for his in-game substitutions – particularly the fact that Josh Onomah stayed on for the entire 90 minutes, according to these supporters.
How is Onomah still on the pitch? Yet more tactical ineptitude by Scott Parker.

Onomah has done nothing to justify being on the pitch. Parker is clueless

What do we think?
Josh Onomah’s performance earned him a rating of 6.5/10 according to WhoScored.com, and although some fans couldn’t believe he was allowed to continue, his rating was higher than both Tom Cairney’s and Kevin McDonald’s.
Given the dip in form Leeds United have suffered of late, losing at home to Barnsley may feel like a huge opportunity missed for the players and the fans who will surely be desperate to earn automatic promotion back to the Premier League.
